BeBop Theatre Collective was founded in 2004 by actor/director SaMi Chester to provide creative support, education and experimentation in script development, production workshops and access to venues for innovative artists. 

It was also founded in the belief that art demands activism. 

It is ultimately a collective of artisans loving, creating and sharing their voices with the global community.
